If you like drum and bass, this is the mix for you. If you don't like drum and bass, well, what kind of monster are you?
We have already enjoy two previous mixes from Dieselboy, namely "Wake The Dead" as well as "Unleashed!" and this mix is no different from them in the sense that it does not compromise. Be prepare for some unheard stuff, great mixing and a continuously hard punch.
Download it here and put it on a cassette tape for your grandmother.

A real nice remix of a song that you all have probably heard many goddamn times by now.
Free download as well if you go here!
Now the wait begins for a professional Thrift Shop remix (I am looking at you, Bro Safari & Noisia).

If you feelin' like a pimp, have a listen to this remix from Brillz and Z Trip. Not a lot of good or interesting trap being made really, according to me, but this feels fresh. Nail on the head etc. Nice use of vocal melodies, and the tune has managed the "gangsta" vibe that I think is essential to trap.
It's featured in this mix called "Trap Nation", full of exclusive trap remixes, courtesy of "Life+Times". Take a listen to that in its entirety here.

CYBERPUNKS, a duo consisting of two masked DJ's from Italy, released a new EP just recently. It consists of three songs, all quite different from each other. My favorite was the one that I embedded here, "Mad Armada". A really uplifting track, nice arps and filtering action and also a cool breakdown section!
I liked the title track "Whatta Mask" as well, it was more aggressive and had a nice drive to it, reminded me of something off of "Invaders Must Die". Ogre's Ballad was a hit and miss I'd say, some lazy synths mixed in there, I think complextro has been laid to rest by now anyway.
All in all, a nice and well-produced EP for a modest price! Get it here.

Fast paced, intense, supersonic, high velocity, [more synonyms for speediness here]. Where Zardonic is involved, ultra energetic music is pretty sure to follow. This one is another cool example, with rash vocals cursing at you, alarm sounding synths and a really prominent hollow-point snare.
Zardonic & Voicians did a good job on this one!
Nicely enough, it is also a free download, so get it here.

An interesting tune from FuntCase. Got excited for this one after hearing it in Bro Safari's ULTRA mix. FuntCase has his own sound for sure, which I appreciate. I saw him perform live like one or two years ago and it was one of the best shows I've ever attended.
You can pre-order this beast right hear.

Major Lazer's new album. I like this album, there are loads of songs, different artists featured on every one of them. Loads of chefs for many soups, with the Major Lazer production-quality-experience. No remixes, which to me is a good move.
I really liked the track Get Free. To be honest, the tracks that stuck with me the most were the calmer ones. However, Watch Out For This and Jah No Partial are some really uptempo joints that I quite liked as well. Will be listening to this many times!
You can buy Free the Universe on iTunes and you can listen to it in it's entirety on Spotify.
