Major Lazer's new album. I like this album, there are loads of songs, different artists featured on every one of them. Loads of chefs for many soups, with the Major Lazer production-quality-experience. No remixes, which to me is a good move.
I really liked the track Get Free. To be honest, the tracks that stuck with me the most were the calmer ones. However, Watch Out For This and Jah No Partial are some really uptempo joints that I quite liked as well. Will be listening to this many times!

Maybe you've noticed the decline in posts, maybe you just googled "skrillex mediafire dubstep download" and ended up here.
Anyway, I have a short statement. I think the decline in the quality of electronic music has been quite obvious during the last year, and this year (the kind of electronic music I generally post(ed) here, at least). Therefore, I might have to start being a bit more critical instead of mostly positive, because I cannot sincerely call everything "great", "awesome, "da bomb", when it obviously isn't.
Hopefully, with more honesty, and a bit more time spent, we can get back to a good post ratio, and even garner some interest from hater-haters or something. What I write will, as usual, be my opinions, so if you don't agree with what's written, that is more your problem than mine!
Obviously, there are still people producing golden stuff, if you are one of those, don't worry.

An preview for a song that sounds pretty damn great. Seeing more and more of these kinds of hardstyle influenced tracks (mainly in the kicks tho), maybe we have KTN and Flosstradamus to thank for that. This tune gives me some KTN vibes at least.
I liked it up until the second drop, then it got kinda cluttered with a bunch of synths and effects that weren't really all that. But each to his own. Keep your eyes peeled for the full release of this song, which should be tomorrow!

A new, great, EP from The Upbeats. Interesting stuff, ranging from mellow to intense, mainly d&b but other noticeable influences as well! A nice opening tune featuring Tasha Baxter (who did a great job on Feed Me - Cloudburn) and also a rough-in-the-jungle tune feat. Noisia!
